Graystone Eye’s desire was to relocate from a dated and inefficient existing building and start over with a facility that is personalized to match the image of the practice. The clinic was designed to accommodate eight practitioners representing multiple sub-specialties, along with corporate offices, a prominent optical department, and a 2-OR ASC on the lower level.

With its location on a beautiful wooded site in the foothills of the Appalachians, the design incorporated glass walls in public spaces in order to give patients and staff ample views of the breathtaking surroundings. Additionally, staff and patients are further connected with nature through the inclusion of a landscaped patio area that provides outdoor seating for staff breaks and waiting patients. With this sleek, inviting, efficient facility, Graystone Eye has a home that reflects the talent, skill, and technological savvy for which the practice is known.
